The video button may not work when there is no more video to show within the inventory or when the internet connection is bad. 

You may want to try following steps if the video is not playing still:

1) Check the internet connection

2) Close the game and restart the game

3) Keep pressing the button for x times. 

In the meantime, we will see if we can get more videos within our inventory!

If you bought the 'Ad removal', it removed the ads based on the external advertisement that is exposed when you start or end games.

Rewards ads (e.g. Get free coins, free items) will be remained in the game for your convenience.

Usually you can reset the game by uninstalling the game, but if the at not the case please follow instruction underneath.

You may want to try to delete the cache  or data first before uninstalling the game. You can delete the cache by following the instructions below.

1. Tap on the device setting

2. Click on 'Application'

3. Find your game

4. Tap on 'Storage'

5. Delete data and restart the game.

1. Go to option in the game.

2. Click 'Save' and save to cloud.

3. Open the game in new device.

4. Go to option and press load.
