If you have changed the device or deleted the game previously, please follow the steps.

1. Go to Coin Shop

2. Scroll down till end

3. Click on Purchase 'Restore'

This will bring the previous ad-remove version of your game but If issue is persistent, 

email at help@superbox.kr for additional support.

FYI- If you purchased No Ad in Drop the number, advertsing pop ups will be all gone.

But the reward ads will stay (Reward ads are related to free hammers or new life ).

Ad rewards are there for those who does not wat to spend money to buy the items.  It is player's choice to see the ads so it will not be played automatically.

Superbox provides an advertising location within the game and the advertising content in the game is sent by the advertising company.

If you have an uncomfortable ad, you can click 'i' button at the bottom or top of the ad to set 'hide ad' for specific ad.

In addition, please send us over the game name, ad image, ad name, etc. to the superbox help@superbox.kr.

Unfortunately, accidental purchase can not be refunded dut to our payment policy.

However we accept one refund for your accidental purchase. Please make sure to prevent such payment T-T.

To disable notifications, you can go to the settings of your device and turn off the notifications.

This way, you shouldn't get any more notifications.

You can find this by going to your device’s Settings > Apps > 'Game Name', and then tapping to disable notifications.

1. Open the game and tap on the Coin Shop button in the main game screen.
2. Choose the amount of coins or bundle you want to purchase.
3. Proceed through the Apple/Google payment process.

After the payment is accepted by Apple/Google, your coins and any other items that you purchased will be added to your game account.

Make sure you keep the Google receipt sent to your email address for any purchase issue.

To update the game, follow the steps below:

• Open the Google Play or App Store application on your device
• Search for Superbox Game
• Tap on "Update"
• Wait until it finishes
• Open the Game application
• Enjoy :)
